About the Builder

 Triton Corporation is a residential contracting and development company founded by Rich Wasina in 2005.  Triton began developing subdivision projects to sell lots then provided residential design services and general contracting. Over the years, we have developed numerous lot splits, single house lots and full subdivisions. We build both spec houses and custom homes and provide exceptional service for a positive home-building experience. Our organized approach to every project provides for an orderly construction process and timely completion. We believe in integrity, communication, timeliness, attention to detail and quality in all things, from construction products to the work of our craftsmen and tradesmen. Most of our subcontractors have been working with us since the beginning and a majority of our custom-build projects are referral business.
